Ayushman card : Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission aims to develop the backbone necessary to support the integrated digital health infrastructure of the country. It will bridge the existing gap amongst different stakeholders of Healthcare ecosystem through digital highways.
- Carry one Identification Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Driving License, Voter ID, Government Identification Card) along with the Family Samagra ID.
- Go to Common Service Centre, Public Service Centre, UTI-ITSL Centre to get your eligibility checked and get your Ayushman card made.
- Ayushman cards can also be made with the help of the identified village employment assistant and ward in-charge.
- In case of hospitalization in a hospital associated with the scheme, free cards can be made through Ayushman Mitra.
- Show Ayushman card at the time of admission in the hospital and avail free treatment.
Eligibility of beneficiary families of Ayushman Yojana
- Households listed in Socio Economic Caste Census (SECC) year 2011 (SECC data D-1 to D-7, except D-6)
- Families included in Sambal Yojana
- Families holding food cards under the National Food Security Act
- Apart from this, the beneficiaries of Employees State Insurance Scheme (ESIS) and Central Government Health Scheme (CGHS) and the employees of Central Armed Police Force (CAPF) are given the facility of free treatment under the scheme as per rules in the designated hospitals.

How to download Ayushman Card
To download Ayushman Card, first of all you have to visit the official website of the scheme and follow the steps given below –
- To download Ayushman Bharat Card, you will first have to visit its official website .
- After this, the home page will open in front of you where on the right side you will see the option of “Login”. Here you have to click on the option of “Beneficiary Login”.
- After this you will reach a new page, in this page you will have to enter the mobile number registered with Aadhaar.
- Then you will receive an OTP on this number, enter that OTP along with the captcha code and click on the login button.
- Then a new page will open, in it you will have to select the name of your state and district, then go to the scheme section and click on the option of “Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana”.
- After doing this, you will have to verify yourself through Family ID, Aadhar number, name, location, PMJAY ID etc. and click on the “Search” button given below to check the Ayushman card.
- Now a new page will open in front of you, in this page you will see all the Ayushman Bharat cards linked to Aadhar ID or Family ID.
- To download this card, you have to click on the “Download Card” option given above.
- Then again OTP will come on your registered mobile number which you will have to verify.
- After this, you can download the Ayushman card you want to download by selecting it, your Ayushman card will be downloaded to your device in PDF format.
Second way to download Ayushman card
There is another way to download Ayushman card, the process of which is given below. By following the steps given below, you can easily download Ayushman card online.
- First of all, visit the official website of Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana https://bis.pmjay.gov.in/ .
- Now you have to login to this portal by entering the login details.
- After this you have to click on “Download Ayushman Card”.
- A page will open in front of you where you will have to verify yourself by entering the name of the scheme, name of the state and Aadhar number.
- After doing this, you will get the option to download Ayushman card and you can download it easily.
