Here you have to sign up by clicking on General Public and submit the information given in the registration and get your login ID and password.

Now you have to login again. To login, you can login to the portal with the help of your 10 digit registered mobile number and the received OTP.

Now here you have to click on Report Birth. As soon as you do so, the application form for applying for birth certificate will open in front of you. Fill in the required information correctly and scan all your required documents and upload them.
